We accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must meet all return conditions outlined below. If they don’t, they won’t be accepted.

No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions.
RETURN OPTIONS
If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:

Exchange (size or item, subject to availability)

Store credit issued as a digital gift card
We do not offer refunds unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If the requested exchange is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with tags attached

Returned in original packaging

Free from makeup, deodorant marks, stains, odours, pet hair, or damage
Any item returned in worn or unsellable condition may be refused or returned to the sender.
SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us

We are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels
Approved exchanges within Australia will be shipped back at our cost.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping

Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable
