WHERE WE SHIP FROM
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (9:00am–4:45pm AEST) and Saturday (9:00am–11:45am AEST), excluding public holidays.
Orders are dispatched the next business day after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated (pre-orders or same-day dispatch).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Metro: 2–5 business days
Regional: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping — $20 AUD
Metro: 1–2 business days
Regional: 2–3 business days
Jump the Queue / Priority Dispatch — $30 AUD

Express is the fastest option available. If you need it urgently, choose Express or Priority Dispatch at checkout.
SAME DAY DISPATCH
Orders placed with Same Day Dispatch must be completed between 9am–5pm AEST (public holidays excluded).
Orders placed outside this window will be dispatched the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. All international orders are fully tracked.

US orders include applicable tariffs.
United Kingdom 🇬🇧

UK customs may apply VAT or clearance fees.

Remote or rural locations may take longer.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are not included in shipping prices (except for US orders where tariffs are included).
These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect or control these fees.
If customs charges are declined and the parcel is returned to us, a store credit will be issued. Any return fees charged to us will be deducted from the credit amount.
SPLIT SHIPPING / PRE-ORDERS
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be held and shipped together unless Split Shipping is selected at checkout.
With Split Shipping:

In-stock items ship immediately

Pre-order items ship separately once available
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
DELIVERY & AUTHORITY
If you are not available at delivery:

Australian orders may be redirected to a local post office for collection with photo ID

Some parcels may require a signature and will not be left unattended
Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages

Delays caused by carriers or customs

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Orders returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address details will be processed as a return.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email.
Please allow up to 48 hours (Monday–Saturday) for tracking details to update.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your junk/spam folder.
